We're here to be your partner and confidante every step of the way through the planning process. With full service planning we will be by your side the entire time, offering guidance, support and reassurance - leaving you to never have to worry if something was taken care of, if something is being handled, or missing a thing. Life can be stressful enough - we want to alleviate as much of that as possible to ensure your wedding and the planning experience fun and enjoyable by handling all the heavy lifting. We understand you likely haven't planned a wedding before and are here to be your boots on the ground, resource in your back pocket and sounding board for anything you need.
Design
Once onboarded, we will have design meetings to discuss your tastes, style and vision - we want to get to know what inspires you. We will craft shared project folders with custom mood boards, color palettes, design inspiration and floorplans for your event. We will then source the best vendors for your specific style and needs to bring the vision to life.
Logistics
Wedding planning and the event days themselves are full of nitty gritty details and endless layers of logistics. We will handle all of them for you! We pride ourselves on always finding the best solutions to make sure every single moment of your weekend flows effortlessly so you can focus on each other, celebrating your love and spending time with you beloved guests.
Orchestration
To surmise the overall orchestration of full planning - We help with vision and design, create shared project folders to give you 24 hour access to your event documents in convenient streamlined locations. We handle vendor outreach and communications, meeting and call scheduling, contract procurement and review, budget management and protection plus payment tracking. We source design elements, manage guest lists, assemble and mail wedding stationery. We assist with booking ancillary wedding weekend events, hotel blocks, transportation and will handle all wedding day logistics. Anything and everything you'll need to bring your wedding from an idea to a reality.
