If you have a flexible schedule that allows you the time to handle your wedding planning, you're naturally an extremely organized person or maybe you chose a venue that is more inclusive - this service is a great option.
As your month of coordinator we will be the glue that brings everything together on your wedding day. When you are spending so much time and money on a once in a lifetime event we want you to have the peace of mind that someone understands your vision and is devoted to bringing it to life and ensure it runs smoothly and you and your guests can all sit back and enjoy the day.
Vendor Communication
With month of we will have one site visit prior to your wedding day to walk through the venue and discuss details, layouts and timeline. After this meeting and reviewing all of your contracts, about 4-8 weeks before your event, we will reach out to each of your vendors to introduce ourselves as your wedding coordinator and we will become the main point of contact for all of your vendors.
Planning Resources
With our month of coordination package you will have access to unlimited email or phone calls with us plus access to helpful planning materials and a shared event folder we create for you from the moment you book. We want to be a resource in your back pocket - offering vendor recommendations and providing advice where you need it.
